Pledges are due on Walk day! Registration and pledge drop-off will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the open meadow alongside Wascana Drive, just around the bend from Wascana Pool. Parking is available in Lot 20, immediately north of the walk site.
We will be walking two laps around Wascana Lake, and each lap is approximately 4 km. We encourage all walkers to participate in the full event, however, we want people of all ages and abilities to be able to take part! Those who are unable to walk the full 8 km are more than welcome to join us for one lap!
BRING HOPE t-shirts will be available for $15 each at the registration tent!
We estimate that the walk will wrap up around 5 p.m. In the evening we will be hosting a concert at the Buffalo Lounge (2025 Lorne St, Regina) with Regina band, Rise and Walk. The concert will be free for all walkers, and $5 at the door for other attendees. All the proceeds from the concert will be added into our fundraising total from the event. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., at which time there will be free food for our walk participants! The concert will start at 7:00 p.m.
