Pledge forms for the BRING HOPE Walk for Hunger are available at the following locations in Winnipeg:
a) The Light Christian Store - Unit 17 - 2077 Pembina Hwy
b) The World Vision Office - Unit 34 - 62 Scurfield Blvd (Call ahead to make sure someone is in the office - 1-888-676-2648)
Pledges are due on walk day! Registration and pledge drop-off will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Picnic Site 13 (Southeast Picnic Area), located along Locomotive Drive, across from the formal gardens. Parking is available near the picnic site.
Our walk route at Assiniboine Park is approximately 2 km, and participants are encouraged to walk as many loops as they wish. We will be wrapping up the walk portion of our event at 5:00 p.m.
BRING HOPE t-shirts will be available for $15 each at the registration tent!
As a thank you to our participants, we will be hosting a free barbeque in the park after the walk wraps up.
